报告摘要:
The rapid development of tabletop technologies in the past few decades has inspired several research directions that aim to test the interplay of quantum mechanics, gravity, and relativity. In this seminar, I will discuss three of my research works that propose to witness and simulate quantum relativistic effects in photons and trapped particles, namely (i) weakly measuring the trajectory of a photon, (ii) probing quantum signatures of proper time in atomic clocks, and (iii) simulating quantum superpositions of spacetime in cavity QED.
