Application Requirements:
1.Candidates who apply post-doctoral program should have a Ph.D degree at home and abroad, or meet the requirements for the doctorate awarded, be qualified in character and excellent in learning, be in a good health and under the age of 40 years old in principle, as well as meet the requirements of the post-doctoral stations.
2.In-service staff are not allowed to take on part-time job in postdoctoral researches, and during the period of working in the post-doctoral stations, the applicants should ensure to engage in full-time postdoctoral researches, that is, out of the previous work completely.
Remuneration:
1. The normal annual salary for the post-doctors who stay in post-doctoral mobile stations is 140 thousand yuan (excluding extended period).The post-doctors who won national project funding (not including postdoctoral programs, the same as below) can get an improved annual salary of 160 thousand yuan. The annual salaries mentioned above are payed by our university. The funding of our university comes from national and provincial special funds for post-doctors and the funds raised by our university. Co-Advisors are not limited to improve the salaries for post-doctors according to their performances (can be paid by the funds of their co-advisors).
2. Our university will give the post-doctors from mobile stations consolation money for holiday in accordance with the standard for on-the-job personnel. The post-doctors will not participate in the annual assessment in our university, and will be assessed by their co-advisors in order to decide whether they are qualified for bonus. If the bonus is permitted, it is paid by the appropriation expenditure of their co-advisors.
3. Our university will provide the post-doctors with rental housing in accordance with the relevant provisions and the rent ,which is supposed to be payed by the post-doctors themselves, is counted according to the rent standard of turnover period. At the same time, the post-doctors’ children can enter the kindergarten, elementary and secondary school in our university, enjoying the equivalent treatment as the children of the faculty in our university. The spouses of the married post-doctors can applied the recruitment jobs in our university and will be recruited in priority under the equivalent condition. If the spouses of post-doctors come to live with the post-doctors in our university and are unemployed, our university will give living allowances to the post-doctors’ spouses in reference to the related new standards for high-level personnel.
4. Foreign post-doctors have the same annual salaries with domestic post-doctors, our university purchase the commercial health insurance for them during the two-year-working in the post-doctoral mobile stations. Foreign post-doctors are responsible for their own international traveling expenses, family visit and other expenses. The accompanying spouses of foreign post-doctors should purchase the international medical and hospitalization insurance themselves before their arrival, and other expenses in China will be at their own expenses.
