
李锐鑫 博士、讲师
2023年博士毕业于华东师范大学,主要从事水生动物营养与生理代谢研究,重点关注胆固醇在鱼类营养代谢中的功能与调控作用。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者在《Maine Life Science & Technology》、《Aquaculture》、《American Journal of Physiology-regulatory Integrative and Comparative Physiology》等国际期刊发表SCI论文13篇。

广东省基础与应用基础研究基金项目(2024A1515110025):高脂饲料诱导Srebp2乙酰化修饰导致罗非鱼胆固醇蓄积的作用机制研究,2025.01-2027.12,10万元,主持。
