
李锐鑫 (博士)、硕士生导师、讲师
2023年博士毕业于华东师范大学,主要从事水生动物营养与生理代谢研究,重点关注胆固醇在鱼类营养代谢中的功能与调控作用。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者在《Maine Life Science and Technology》、《Water Biology and Security》《Aquaculture》、《American Journal of Physiology-regulatory Integrative and Comparative Physiology》等国际期刊发表SCI论文13篇。
