主要研究兴趣:
主要从事拟穴青蟹脂质营养学的相关研究,涉及传统饲料营养学、分子营养学和食品营养学,主要研究方向包括①拟穴青蟹长链多不饱和脂肪酸生物合成的分子调控机制研究;②脂类在拟穴青蟹关键生理代谢及不同生境代谢适应性中的调节作用机制研究;③脂类在拟穴青蟹性腺发育过程中的作用机制研究。研究方向不仅限于此,对环境营养学及营养基因组学均有较高兴趣。
