具有15年以上生物信息分析及多组学研究经验。2019年获基因组学副研究员职称, 2024年获研究员职称。合作主导完成科研大型合作项目数十个, 其他类型项目上百个。在国内外学术会议做报告十多次, 在国际学术期刊发表论文70多篇, 总影响因子600+, 被他引数4600+; 以第一或通讯(含共同)作者在NatureNature CommunicationsPlant Biotechnology JournalPlant Journal和Molecular Ecology Resources等期刊发表论文40篇; 以参与作者在NatureNature GeneticsNature Ecology & EvolutionNature CommunicationsPNAS等顶级期刊发表论文多篇。 众多SCI杂志审稿人, BMC genomics杂志编委,GigaScience青年编委。已参与授权发明专利5项, 已受理阶段发明专利7项, 软件著作1项。

生物信息学/基因组学; 利用多组学技术研究物种的演化、性状及遗传改良机制。
