Nanomaterials

- Carbon nanomaterials (fullerene, nanoparticle, carbon nanotube, graphene), boron nitride nanosheets, and related nanocomposites for novel optical, electrical, thermal properties and technological applications.

Fuel Cells

-The preparation technologies and structure of the key components in small hydrogen-air fuel cell;

-Nano-alloy catalysts, especially platinum-ruthenium (Pt-Ru) catalysts.

-Porous materials such as mesopores, Hollow carbon spheres (HCS).

-Investigating the mechanism of biomineralization and its application.

Anti-Cancer Metal Complexes

- Preparation of anti-cancer active metal-based complexes with high cancer specificity;

- Design of novel drug-delivering approaches such as the use of Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) and metal-based supramolecular polymer to carry and delivery anti-cancer moieties to the biological targets.
