李锐鑫 (博士、讲师)

2023年博士毕业于华东师范大学,主要从事水生动物营养与生理代谢研究,重点关注胆固醇在鱼类营养代谢中的功能与调控作用。近年来,以第一作者在《Maine Life Science & Technology》、《Aquaculture》、《American Journal of Physiology-regulatory Integrative and Comparative Physiology》等国际期刊发表SCI论文10篇。
