内容简介：A layered porphyrin supramolecular architecture of MnTHPPCl (1)and a novel porphyrin coordination polymer of MnTHPPH2O (2) with right-handed helical tendency of DNA were firstly self-assembled by meso-tetrakis(4-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrinato manganese (III) chloride [MnTHPPCl] in different solutions. 2 represent the first example of helical 1-D coordinated helices of (metallo)porphyrins assembled via the axial coordination bonding. This successful assembling of 2 proves the correctness of the quantum calculation results about the N-protonated porphyrins to aggregate with DNA helix selectivity. Their structures were also characterized by AFM images to demonstrate the identity between microstructure and external shape.
